Registration to the Convent of Jesus and Mary - Clifton for Preparatory-I ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025(Year of Birth 1st Apirl.’2020 - 31th March '2021) will be held on 3rd , 4th  & 5th January  2024. Registration form must be submitted on-line at http://www.cjmk.edu.pk/.  You are requested to use the above mentioned web address, as failure to do so may redirect you to an incorrect web page.  Please note the registration form will only be available on January 3rd  to 5th  2024 from 9:00am – 11:00 am.

ONLY 300 applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and the portal will shut automatically after receiving the required  number of applications on all 3 days.

Following points are strictly to be adhered to :-

  • Please read thoroughly the FAQ'S section under "Registration".
  • Admission Policy - Please read and take a print out.
  • Fill in the preparatory application form as per the 6 (six) steps shown below. Take a printout of the Application and Policy form which will be required for the Drop Box.

  • Parents CNIC or Passport will be needed for creating a password
  • Pictures and Birth Certificates should be scanned in an IMAGE FORMAT
  • As per school’s policy, only the first 300 application forms will be accepted by the website on first come first served basis.
  • ONLY CJM Karachi siblings. Please ensure that the school, class & section of siblings studying in CJM are clearly mentioned in the application form.
  • Please note that only those forms will be entertained which have been filled online, submitted and have the application serial number printed on the form.  Any form other than this, will be rejected.
  • The Application Form (print-out of on-line submitted form) and Admission Policy Form duly signed along with the child's latest passport size photograph should be submitted in an envelope in the DROP BOX at 86, Clifton on 09th January  2024 between 9 am and 12 noon.
  • Please DO NOT fill more than one form.If a child is registered more than once in the system, the registration form will stand rejected.
  • Kindly make arrangements for backup electricity, as no excuse for non-availability of electricity will be accepted.
  • Please DO NOT attempt to fill in the Registration Form before 3rd January  2024, as anything entered before the specified date & time will automatically be deleted by the website.
